I love working ambassador programs because it lets me really get to know a brand and their product. So I’m happy to announce that I’ve been chosen to be a Chicago Cutlery Mom Ambassador! And over the next few weeks, I’ll be sharing my experiences with the set of Chicago Cutlery DesignPro Knives that I received.
I love cooking and baking (as you can see by my recipe section here) and I know how important it is to have quality kitchen tools and accessories to work with. That’s probably most evident when it comes to kitchen knives. Whether it’s chopping vegetables for a side dish or cutting chicken breast for dinner, quality can make a big difference.
I don’t think I realized just how big of a difference until my set of Chicago Cutlery DesignPro Knives arrived.
- Innovative grip that guides your hand for superior control and cutting
- Ultra sharp for effortless cutting
- High quality Japanese steel blades
- Laser etched dots on the bolster
- Full lifetime warranty with every knife
When the description says these knives are “ultra sharp,” they weren’t kidding. I was amazed at how quickly and easily I was able to cut up carrots for dinner with them.
Now, I admit – as much as I enjoy cooking and baking, my knife skills… well they leave a lot to be desired. So I’m really looking forward to learning how to improve my knife skills as a Chicago Cutlery Mom Ambassador. And with these sleek knives, I can see it being really easy too.
For me, it’s pretty simple: I like cooking, but I rarely have hours to spend in the kitchen preparing culinary dishes of genius. Maybe someday, but not now. So that means that I need to take advantage of the time I do have to cook. And I’m excited to see how my new Chicago Cutlery knives will help improve my efficiency in the kitchen.
Do you have any tips regarding good kitchen knife skills?
